Summerlake Meadows Senior Living
In early 2019 Corporate Commercial Group completed developing a 48 unit age 55 and over living condo community in Ingalls, Indiana. The condos each feature open layouts that include two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a garage.
Square Box Storage
In mid 2020 Corporate Commercial Group began developing a fully automated self-storage facility in Pendleton, Indiana off exit 214 on I-69. The facility features non-climate controlled self-storage, climate controlled self-storage, and RV and boat storage. Construction was completed fall of 2021 and is currently leasing units.
Storage Angola
In the spring of 2022 Corporate Commercial Group began developing a fully automated self-storage facility in Angola, Indiana just off exit 350 on I-69. The facility features non-climate controlled self-storage, climate controlled self-storage, and RV and boat storage. Construction on Phase 1, the climate controlled units, was completed in late summer of 2022 and Phase 2, the outdoor and RV and boat storage was completed summer of 2023.
The Meadows at Keefer Creek
In the winter of 2022 Corporate Commercial Group broke ground on a 47 unit apartment condo development on Lima Road/IN-3 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The development features 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom apartment condos with attached 1 car garages. Construction was completed in the fall of 2023.
